You always want your good friends to marry good people (thank you to everyone for accomplishing that goal of mine), but it's an even bigger dream when they marry the world's greatest person that you can steal for your own (sorry Preston, Christine is mine now). We were kindred spirits from the get go and Christine has a personality and laugh and infectious positivity that will lighten your life and make you clamor to get more (Josh is even willing to go camping in an effort to spend more time with the Kerns).
We bonded over multiple trips to Vegas (although only one of those trips resulted in the nickname White Chocolate), countless get togethers for Birthday Olympics and Little Italy shenanigans and Pirate Festivals, and the little every day things that you take for granted because Christine makes her constant support (she seriously loves the dogs almost as much as Josh and I do) and companionship (our annual Christmas get togethers are the highlight of the season) seem so effortless. We have run (her much faster than I) several half marathons together, adopted her family as my own (whaddup Siedels!), and had probably the greatest Nashville weekend in the history of Tennessee together. I know without a doubt Christine will always be a constant in my life, and Josh and I are so grateful to have her be by our side on the big day (and all the future big and small days to come!).
