Josh and Jamie met Sebastian while he was stationed with the Navy in San Diego. He is instant energy, bringing a positive attitude and endless excitement to any event. He can persuade even the drunkest of people that chugging just one more Bud Light is a good idea (Josh knows this from experience) but usually uses his power of persuasion for good. They are honored to have him officiate the wedding!
